SANDRA (SANDI) WEIR

Vice President, Government Relations & Public Affairs, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Sandi brings over 25 years of valuable experience to the vibrant tourism and hospitality industry, with a specialized focus on the cruise sector for the past 20 years.  During her tenure with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, she has led NCL’s shoreside operations in Hawaii, spearheaded many business development initiatives, and held a key leadership position in Revenue Management.  In her current role, she leads global government relations for all three of Norwegian’s brands alongside managing public affairs. Through her current responsibilities, she effectively integrates her extensive cruise experience, which encompasses shore excursion development and operations, port operations, contract management, community engagement, itinerary design, and optimizing revenue.  

Prior to Norwegian Sandi held positions at Cendant Corporation in their travel division.  She began her career in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Canada.  Weir has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Finance and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
