Operating at the intersection of operational reliability, commercial discipline, and premium guest experience, she leads the endtoend delivery of complex port operations across a diverse global portfolio.
Her remit spans ground services, port agency, embarkation and checkin systems, air and sea logistics, and guest flow, ensuring every fleet deployment meets exacting brand standards, regulatory requirements, and SLA/KPI commitments. Working in close partnership with port authorities, destinations, port agents, ground service operators, and strategic vendors, Odette focuses on solving the challenges that matter most in cruise operations: ontime turnarounds, scalable capacity, cost control, and creating a seamless first impression for guests.
