Martina ROSSI

Martina has worked in the maritime industry since 2010, building more than a decade of experience in project portfolio management within the maritime technologies sector, with a particular focus on shipbuilding and boatbuilding. Over the course of her career, she has led collaborative research and development initiatives for a cluster organization with more than 50 shareholders, coordinated the maritime group of Italy’s National Technology Cluster for transportation and mobility, and represented stakeholder interests within the EU Waterborne Technology Platform.

Since beginning her collaboration with Royal Caribbean Group in 2022, Martina has supported the definition and implementation of business integration initiatives across Mediterranean destinations. As part of the Destination Development team, she has expanded her scope to help shape long-term partnerships with destinations across Europe, contributing to infrastructure development, commercial agreements, joint venture management, and broader destination initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Martina holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano and a master’s degree in Vessels and Yacht Design from the University of Genoa, and she is currently completing an MBA in Sustainability Management. Based in Milan, she brings both strategic perspective collaborative approach, technical understanding, and genuine passion for the maritime industry. Outside the professional sphere, she is a mother of two, a sailor, climber, and skimo enthusiast, and volunteers with a major national tourism foundation in Italy.
