Kelly Hubbard

Kelly Hubbard is the Director of Product Development for small ship cruise line Windstar Cruises. Along with her team of Windstar Destination Managers, she oversees all tour operations; scouts new ports and all related local guest experiences; contracts for land-tours and pre/post transfers/hotels; and manages onboard revenue expectations for tours. Hubbard has been the driving force for authentic customer experiences in all of Windstar's destinations. She has been with Windstar for 16 years and previously worked as the director of product development for Cruise West. She regularly attends Seatrade and many other tour/destination conferences to stay on top of trends in the industry and learn about new experiences and emerging destinations for cruisers.
